Ardyn is a miserable sight through and through, isn't he? This Noctis hasn't gotten to see that side of him (yet) though. Despite his charm and cavalier attitude about much, he really is just pathetic - petty, upset, angry, and hurt - when things don't quite go his way.

Where he might have jumped at the chances before to snarl and gnash his teeth at those who stood in his way, now and here he's just... tired. (Jhank Troth wearing him down, even if only vaguely with the sense of 'you fucked up now fix it,' doesn't help matters either.) "If your potion didn't do enough, I can also heal." It's been a while, he's rusty, but he can still do it. Taking some of that pain into himself wouldn't be unwelcome either.
"Otherwise," he starts, looking towards the direction of where he remembers there being water, "once you're up, I can lead you to where you can clean up."
