With an almost voyeuristic stare, Elidibus watches Byleth intensely as he devours his baking. He absolutely does not need to ask how it tasted, the expression and - stars, the sounds - being made communicate that quite clear enough. Pride surges through him, that he did this, made something that could taste good enough to result in this with his own two hands.

Byleth has not come out of the encounter unscathed, it seems. The man practically looks unsteady on his feet. Following that little detail, Elidibus does not hesitate to take hold of Byleth and guide him to one of the nearby chairs, easing him to sit down just as he requested.
